Friends Day Customer Feedback

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful day today - it was
great and our 2.5 year old was in his element - SO excited. Please thank
all the volunteers for their time and energy - very much appreciated. So
well organised with the shuttle buses, secure pram area etc - talking of
which I hope the lovely lady manning the prams has warmed up.

Hi, I would like to say that my family really enjoyed the Friends of
Thomas Day on Sunday. My son, Arthur loves trains and buses. We are
looking forward to the next Friends of Thomas Day, and will probably come
before then just to go on a steam train.
We also had so much fun that we forgot to pick up our pushchair
(stroller).

Dear Bob,

I have always wanted to write to you to say a BIG THANK YOU for helping us out with the tickets to the FABULOUS NEWS FRIENDS OF THOMAS DAY.

We had a fantastic time at the event. We saw you at the station but as you were being “interviewed” by the “Fat Controller”, we didn’t want to interrupt. FYI-you look great!

It was our first day in Perth and our kids were flabbergasted to see the trains, buses etc at the event as we were driving into the Park. They loved the train rides and the carnivals and have been boasting about it to their friends back home ever since. I have also recommended this event to all my friends back here in Singapore and it is now on their MUST-VISIT list.

Thank you and all your friends for making this a memorable and special day for my family. We will definitely attend again in our next visit to Perth Australia.

We had a day to remember. It was truly worthwhile travelling down to
Perth. The children (and I) were delighted with the whole day.

Thank you so much to everyone involved in the New Friends of Thomas day.
We will be coming back to the next one for sure.

Hello,
I just wanted to thank you for the Friends of Thomas day; it was a treat for children as well as adults.

The volunteers added to the atmosphere with their enthusiasm and friendliness, and their friendly waves made all the difference.

We loved the Fat Controller; he was perfect!

We were also amazed at how well organised it was, ie the bus, complete with a conductor, to take us to see the model aeroplanes, waiting at one of the stations.

All the little touches that were put into this day made it extra special and we look forward to coming back next year.
